Uxier presents Vladyslav Blahun’s work and services. These terms explain what you can expect from the portfolio and demonstration projects and how to use it responsibly. They do not replace a separate agreement for paid work.
1. The current version
This is a portfolio with demonstration projects, not an online shop or a booking service. Bravon and Lotia demonstrate website design; their sample prices, ratings, reviews, addresses and booking flows are not verified business offers or client endorsements. No account, checkout, payment or subscription is available. Viewing the site does not create a client relationship.
On uxier.co, the Work with me form sends your project direction, name, phone number, brief and optional WhatsApp contact preference to Vlad’s private Telegram inbox only when you press Submit. A success message appears after Telegram confirms acceptance; this does not make a booking or create a contract. If delivery cannot be confirmed, your draft remains available and you can use Contact instead.
2. Virtual Me / MeAI
The main Virtual Me / MeAI chat on uxier.co is a clearly labelled AI assistant powered through OpenAI’s API. It can discuss a project in the selected site language, but it is not Vlad personally, cannot notify him and cannot agree a price, schedule or contract. Replies are introductory information and may be incomplete or wrong. Prepared answers have no conversation-count limit before AI consultation begins. The first OpenAI request starts a consultation of up to twenty user messages per 24-hour browser session, including any prepared replies during that phase. The assistant can then offer to continue with Vlad. Rate, safety, availability and the operator’s monthly spending controls can stop requests earlier. Bravon and Lotia remain separate prewritten demonstrations and do not call OpenAI.
The Bravon and Lotia footers contain clearly labelled outbound shortcuts to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. They are not connected integrations, do not prefill a prompt and do not send chat, form, appointment or telephone data. Following one leaves this site and is then subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy controls. The service names and marks belong to their respective owners and their presence does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
3. Your use of the site
You may browse the site and try its features for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or infringe someone else’s rights. Use fictional details when testing the form or chat. Do not enter passwords, payment details, sensitive information or confidential client material.
4. Content and ownership
The site’s original text, design and branding remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party materials and software retain their own licences. You may view and link to this site; that does not grant permission to copy its branding, redistribute project assets or claim someone else’s work as your own. Permission and ownership for commissioned work must be agreed separately.
5. Working together
Any engagement needs a separate written agreement covering the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timing, revisions, cancellation and intellectual property. Nothing in this preview charges a fee or accepts an order. These website terms do not set payment or refund conditions for a future project.
6. Availability and responsibility
The preview may change or be unavailable, and draft content may contain errors. Do not use it as the only basis for an important decision or as storage for information. Your browser may discard drafts. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Privacy and cookies
Read the Privacy Policy for how the current version handles information and the Cookies Policy for browser storage. They describe existing features, not hypothetical future integrations.
8. Updates and operator details
Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. A future project agreement will not be changed by editing this page alone.
The portfolio is operated by Vladyslav Blahun. For questions, use the existing public LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn is a separate service and may require an account. The Contact tab offers the available public contact routes.
Privacy Policy
This notice covers uxier.co, bravon.uxier.co and lotia.uxier.co. The main Work with me form and an explicitly confirmed chat contact card can send an enquiry to Vlad through Telegram. Messages sent in the main Virtual Me / MeAI chat are processed through OpenAI as described below. Unsubmitted form drafts and Bravon/Lotia demonstration forms, bookings and chats stay in your browser. Use fictional information in demonstrations and do not enter sensitive information.
1. Who is responsible
Vladyslav Blahun operates this portfolio. You can raise a privacy question through the public LinkedIn profile. Please describe the request without sending sensitive documents. You may also use the connected Work form for a short privacy request without including sensitive documents. If you contact Vlad on another platform, that platform also processes your message under its own terms.
2. Information you enter
The Work with me form contains a project direction, name, telephone number, short brief and optional WhatsApp contact preference. Before submission, these values are used in the current page to display, format and validate the form. On explicit Submit on uxier.co, those fields are sent over HTTPS to the site’s private delivery service, validated again, and forwarded to Vlad’s fixed private Telegram chat. The optional preference only asks Vlad to use WhatsApp for the reply; the site does not contact WhatsApp or open a WhatsApp conversation when the form is submitted. The country/code is derived from the number; for local input, an explicit region in your browser language preferences is used as a hint. This is not geolocation and may not match your number; an explicit international code overrides it. Bundled numbering rules and vector flags work locally, without contacting a carrier or flag service, verifying ownership or sending an SMS.
When you press Send in the main Virtual Me / MeAI chat, the current question and up to nineteen recent user/assistant pairs, within a 20,000-character history bound, are sent over HTTPS to the site’s same-origin private endpoint. Prepared questions are answered from the reviewed site knowledge. When a relevant request needs interpretation or consultation, bounded chat context is sent to OpenAI’s Responses API. The request is limited to chat text and does not read the Work form, contact card, phone-country control, other page content or private accounts. A phone number typed in the chat is intercepted and redacted before any provider request; the site instead offers the fixed contact controls. The application requests OpenAI with store: false, does not use a conversation object and does not write raw chat messages to its own server logs or database. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used for model training by default unless the account opts in; standard abuse-monitoring logs may retain customer content for up to 30 days unless law requires longer retention. On uxier.co, a separate contact card lets you review an international phone number, optional name and short note. Only checking its consent box and pressing Send my number sends these reviewed fields and the selected service to Vlad through the same private Telegram delivery service. The background animation uses pointer or touch position temporarily without recording it. Bravon AI and Lotia’s chat continue to select prewritten replies locally and do not call OpenAI.
Continue in WhatsApp first opens a local editable draft based on the selected service and broad project choices. It does not copy the full chat or the phone field. Clicking the final WhatsApp link shares that edited text in a wa.me URL; you still press Send inside WhatsApp to message Vlad. The draft can therefore appear in browser history and is processed by WhatsApp when the link opens. Do not put secrets or sensitive details in it.
The homepage uses ordinary decorative particle animation with temporary pointer or touch interaction. It does not access phone motion or orientation sensors, request sensor permission or collect, store or send sensor readings. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
3. What Submit does
Submit or a consent-confirmed Send my number on uxier.co sends an enquiry so Vlad can respond to your request and discuss a potential project. This processing takes steps at your request before a possible contract; technical abuse prevention supports the operator’s legitimate interest in securing the service. No marketing subscription is created. Only Telegram-confirmed acceptance is shown as success; a timeout may mean delivery is uncertain. The same request is not automatically sent again. Local previews and Bravon/Lotia demo forms remain unconnected. No account, payment or upload feature is connected. Do not enter financial, medical or other sensitive details, secrets, or information about another person without permission.
4. Technical information when you visit
Your browser requests pages and assets through Cloudflare from a Hetzner server in Nuremberg, Germany. Network addresses, requested URLs and HTTP metadata are processed to deliver and protect the site. The application does not write visitor access logs, request-body logs or conversation logs; access logging is disabled for these sites on the origin. Exceptional critical Nginx errors may include request metadata in a restricted server log, rotated daily with up to 14 archived rotations. Cloudflare and Hetzner separately process technical and security information to operate their services; provider retention and processing follow their policies.
Aggregate first-party analytics on uxier.co: the main portfolio measures fixed public sections, known source categories, browser language, broad device/network category, approximate country supplied by Cloudflare, visible active time and fixed contact/project actions. A random identifier exists only in the open page memory and resets on reload, a new tab or 30 minutes without interaction. It uses no analytics cookies, persistent browser storage, fingerprinting or cross-day visitor identity. Unique people and new/returning visitors are not determined. Raw IP addresses, full User-Agent/referrer URLs, query values, form fields and message bodies are not stored in analytics. A keyed network hash for abuse limiting exists in server memory for at most one minute. Detailed pseudonymous counters are retained for 31 days on the private Hetzner service; daily aggregate reports go to the owner’s private Telegram group and remain there until the owner deletes them. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection. Missing referrers, blocked scripts and dropped exit events limit completeness; country and source signals are approximate. The assistant cannot access analytics records. Case subdomains are not instrumented by this collector.
Scripts, fonts, icons and phone-number rules are served from this site. No third-party analytics, advertising pixel or browser-geolocation permission is connected. The Lotia concept includes two lazy embedded Google maps of the fixed Miami area: one in its location section and one in the footer. When either iframe loads, Google receives the visitor's IP address and ordinary browser/network metadata under Google's privacy policy; both iframes use no-referrer, no API key and no device-position request. Their fixed query contains no appointment, telephone, chat or form data. The separate Google Maps actions open the same fixed area only after an explicit click.
The About page also displays locally saved public Upwork reviews, LinkedIn recommendations, author names and client logos requested by the site owner. These are a snapshot from 30 August 2026, not live platform data. They are public website content, separate from visitor drafts. Profile and source links open external websites only when you follow them; those sites apply their own privacy practices.
5. Storage and retention
The browser keeps form drafts and visible chat messages in the current page’s memory/DOM. The main chat retains at most nineteen completed user/assistant pairs within 20,000 characters, plus the new question for the next chat request and at most 40 visible entries. The site does not maintain a conversation database. A random first-party, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict session cookie lasts up to 24 hours solely to enforce the bounded consultation allowance; it contains no chat text, phone number, name or raw network address. A root-private accounting file stores only keyed pseudonymous session/network identifiers, counters, expiry times and aggregate monthly spend. It contains no raw chats, phones or form fields. Expired daily identifiers are removed during later requests; aggregate current/prior month spend is retained for budget enforcement and operational rollback.
The Telegram delivery service processes a submitted enquiry transiently without writing its contents to a database or application log. Bounded keyed hashes and delivery states are kept only in service memory for at most 24 hours to limit abuse and duplicates, then clear on expiry or restart. Submitted enquiries remain in Vlad’s Telegram inbox for handling and necessary project follow-up; Vlad removes them when no longer needed and handles deletion requests through the contact routes above. Telegram’s own account, security and retention practices also apply. Switching between panels preserves the browser draft. Reloading clears page-memory drafts but does not reset the separate 24-hour AI allowance cookie. Browser autofill, session restoration or cached pages may restore information independently, so close the tab and use your browser’s clearing controls on a shared device.
Panel names may appear in browser history, for example #work. Optional ?theme=dark and ?lang= URL parameters keep the selected appearance and interface language. Form values and the full conversation are not put into site URLs. Exception: a WhatsApp link contains only the editable draft you choose to open, as explained above. Apart from the necessary AI allowance cookie, the app uses no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. Static assets may be cached by your browser; see Cookies.
6. Sharing and international transfers
Unsubmitted form and Bravon/Lotia demo-chat contents are not shared with another person, CRM, email or AI service. Main Virtual Me / MeAI messages that require AI consultation are processed by OpenAI, LLC through its API. Submitted Work enquiries and consent-confirmed chat contact cards are sent via the Telegram Bot API to Vlad’s private Telegram inbox. Telegram processes that content and associated delivery metadata under Telegram’s privacy policy; this is a cloud chat, not an end-to-end encrypted Secret Chat. Processing may occur outside your country. Do not include secrets or confidential client records. Technical delivery uses Hetzner Online GmbH and Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare operates an international network, so technical information may be processed outside your country. See Hetzner’s privacy notice, Cloudflare’s privacy notice and OpenAI’s privacy policy.
7. Your choices and rights
You can browse without entering personal information, clear fields and close the page. Browser controls let you manage autofill, history, cache and site data. Vlad cannot retrieve an unsent draft through this application.
Where applicable data-protection law grants them, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. The scope depends on the processing and legal basis. If future processing relies on consent, it must be possible to withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
8. Security, children and future changes
The public domains use HTTPS, with certificate validation between Cloudflare and the origin server. No website can guarantee absolute security; do not enter confidential information into the demonstrations. The site is not designed for children and does not seek their information.
Technical processing supports the operator’s interest in delivering and securing a public portfolio. The connected Work form, optional chat contact card and limited AI assistant are described above. Aggregate first-party analytics is described above. Accounts and payments remain disabled and would require updated disclosures before activation.
